Everything we do as a business from dealing with enquiries to despatching your goods, has been recorded and scrutinised. Then procedures are followed to maintain high levels of quality and accuracy, to ensure the products you order are of high quality, arrives safely and on time. |
So in the unlikely event of a quality issue, we have a system in place to inspect, investigate and trace the materials, machine or member of staff. Then improve the system, through modifying our procedures or training, to make sure it does not happen again.
